We are CorePath, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our sales team is growing and we need a Staff Business Development Manager to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Develop and deliver compelling product demos to potential clients
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets and contribute to team growth
What We're Looking For:
- Ability to work on ambiguous problems with limited direction
- Exceptional mentorship and organizational leadership skills
- Recognized expertise that spans multiple teams or domains
- History of influencing technical or product strategy at scale
- 8+ years of experience with increasing scope and impact
