We are LumenSoft, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our engineering team is growing and we need a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical requirements
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
- Contribute to engineering roadmap planning and sprint execution
- Lead code reviews and mentor engineers across the team
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment infrastructure
- Improve system reliability, performance, and observability
- Write clean, well-tested, and well-documented code
What We're Looking For:
- Experience mentoring junior and mid-level team members
- Strong system design and architectural thinking
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact projects
