We are FusionStack, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our design team is growing and we need a Senior Art Director to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Present design work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive design specifications
- Stay current with UX trends and accessibility best practices
- Translate complex user problems into elegant, simple solutions
- Collaborate closely with engineers during implementation
- Maintain and evolve the company design system and component library
- Define and track design quality metrics and success criteria
What We're Looking For:
- Strong system design and architectural thinking
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Experience mentoring junior and mid-level team members
