We are AlphabyteTech, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our design team is growing and we need a Junior Visual Designer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive design specifications
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing sessions
- Stay current with UX trends and accessibility best practices
- Translate complex user problems into elegant, simple solutions
- Lead end-to-end design process from research to high-fidelity mockups
- Define and track design quality metrics and success criteria
- Maintain and evolve the company design system and component library
What We're Looking For:
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
- Comfortable working in a collaborative remote environment
- Strong foundational skills in your area of expertise
- Proficiency with version control and collaboration tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
