We are Helios Dev, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our data team is growing and we need a Junior MLOps Engineer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Create dashboards and reports for business stakeholders
- Drive experimentation frameworks and A/B testing infrastructure
- Design and optimize data warehouse schemas for performance
- Document data assets and maintain data catalog accuracy
- Monitor data quality and build alerting systems for anomalies
What We're Looking For:
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with version control and collaboration tools
- Strong foundational skills in your area of expertise
