We are Axiom Labs, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our marketing team is growing and we need a Junior Digital Marketing Manager to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Manage paid advertising budgets across Google Ads and social platforms
- Collaborate with design and product teams on go-to-market strategy
- Manage SEO strategy including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research
- Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns for ROI
- Track and report on KPIs including CAC, conversion rates, and LTV
- Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
What We're Looking For:
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
- Proficiency with version control and collaboration tools
- Comfortable working in a collaborative remote environment
- Strong foundational skills in your area of expertise
